If I am able to help and you think i am the right person for you, we will make a mutually convenient time to meet for a first appointment.
At this first appointment we will talk and try to make sense of your difficulties. Your goals are enormously important, and based on the understanding we develop about the issues you are bringing, I will give you some ideas about how the therapy will help you achieve them. This will help you to make an informed choice about whether this is the right approach for you.The way forward will always involve listening to you and giving you space to talk, usually it will aslo involve making changes in the way you manage the problems. This will help you to make an informed choice about whether this is the right approach for you.
If we agree to proceed this would usually (but not necessarily always) involve meeting weekly, at least initially.
My fees for sessions depend on whether you are self-funding or have insurance / another third-party arrangement. We can discuss this when you make contact. (Depending upon circumstances at the time I am happy to discuss the possibility of reduced fees where appropriate).
